RCA for Monday's service outage
At 12:53pm CDT on Monday, June 26th a configuration change on our Application Delivery Controller caused service.complianceeagle.com to become unavailable. This was corrected by 1:02pm, but also introduced a new issue that caused the complianceeagle.com certificate to be presented instead of the ncontracts.com certificate causing ncontracts.com sites to become unavailable. The certificate issue was corrected at 1:07pm. Going forward these types of changes will only be performed during our nightly maintenance window which occurs between 9-9:30pm.
