We have identified an issue affecting file uploads in Nvendor between 9:30 AM and 2:15 PM CT
What happened: A backend storage issue caused file uploads to fail silently between 9:30 AM and 2:15 PM CT on February 19, 2026. Affected users may see their document listed on the site, but the actual file was not saved.
Am I affected? If you uploaded a document in Nvendor between 9:30 AM and 2:15 PM CT today, check the file on the site. If it appears as a 0KB file or fails to open, your upload was not saved successfully, and the file will need to be resubmitted.
Current Status: The underlying issue has been resolved. We have also improved monitoring and alerting to ensure faster detection of similar issues in the future. We are in the process of identifying all affected users and documents so that impacted files can be resubmitted.
