We’ve completed our initial review of the recent system slowness and downtime. The root cause was an overall increase in usage of our open APIs, which resulted in higher‑than‑expected load on the system. To address this, we are actively working on additional improvements that will dynamically adjust API rate limits to better manage traffic and help prevent similar issues moving forward. We’ll continue to monitor performance closely and will share further updates as enhancements are implemented.
