Ncontracts leverages a security solution that enables it to "Geo Fence" and block traffic from countries known for high volumes of cyber attacks. Today, the vendor pushed out an update that broke the country classification feature and caused the misclassification of data. This blocked a small portion of our customers from being able to access our solutions. The feature has been disabled and will be re-enabled after a fix is provided by the vendor.
