The CFPB has informed filers that HMDA Operations will be conducting a system update to the HMDA Filing platform beginning Tuesday, August 31st. The HMDA Platform will be unavailable for HMDA Data submissions/resubmissions, ending on Friday, September 10th. Quarterly filers looking to submit data during the late Quarter 2 filing period will be able to do so once the maintenance period ends.
During the maintenance window, the HMDA RELIEF Submission Platform will also be unavailable.
