At approximately 2:25pm CDT we began experiencing an issue with our authentication system. We have identified the component that is having trouble and are in the process of scaling up resources to resolve the issue.
This incident was resolved around 3pm CDT. A component we use for caching received an exponential increase in usage which affected authentication and a number of other services. We scaled up the caching component and a hotfix was deployed to correct the behavior. We are aware of an issue causing customers to be unable to log into their platform for OnSemble, Ncyber & Scout. Our team is working on it with the highest priority and will restore functionality as soon as possible.
Our team has identified that the issue has occurred as a result of the global outage of Crowdstrike, one of our security vendors. We are currently investigating a resolution and will continue to post updates as they become available.
The customers who were unable to log into OnSemble should now be able to access that product. Our team continues to investigate and are working to resolve the issues for Ncyber & Scout. We will post more information as it becomes available.

We had several alerts from unrelated systems all trigger around the same time. This appears to be an issue with our cloud provider. We will update this post as we learn more.
We've confirmed there is a problem with our cloud provider. This is a widespread issue affecting Central US. We are continuing to monitor the situation and are considering alternatives for restoring service.
Our cloud provider has "determined the underlying cause and are currently applying mitigation through multiple workstreams". Once they recover, we will be running our own checks to ensure all systems are back online and functioning properly.
